  • Digital Marketing Coordinator

    Digital Marketing Coordinator (Paid Ads & SEO)

    Part-Time, Remote: AU

    We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator (Paid Ads & SEO) to join our team. This is an execution-focused role, perfect for someone who’s passionate about digital marketing, comfortable working with ads and SEO tools, and eager to learn and grow in this space. You’ll report to our Digital Marketing Manager and support in building, optimising, and reporting on campaigns that drive measurable results.

    What You’ll Do

    Paid Ads

    Audit accounts and past campaigns to identify insights and opportunities.

    Help set up and manage campaigns end-to-end across platforms: Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn.

    Plan campaign budgets, monitor performance, and track KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rates, ROAS).

    Build dashboards and reports in Google Sheets/Looker Studio to track performance.

    Learn to make data-driven optimisation recommendations based on campaign performance.

    SEO

    Conduct website audits to identify issues and opportunities.

    Perform keyword research and assist with keyword mapping for content.

    Write and optimise meta titles, descriptions, and on-page content.

    Support blog and landing page optimisation to improve rankings.

    Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush to monitor performance.

    Report on keyword rankings and page movement.

    What We’re Looking For

    Some experience or strong interest in digital marketing, SEO, or paid ads (internships, coursework, freelance, or self-taught projects all count).

    Familiarity with ads manager platforms, SEO tools, or CMS systems (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace) is a plus, but not required if eager to learn.

    Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data in Google Sheets.

    Curiosity about how marketing metrics impact results.

    High attention to detail and willingness to get hands-on with execution.

  • Graphic Designer

    Full/Part-Time, Remote: US or AU

    We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team. Graphic Designers at Avenir Creative House are responsible for leading and executing design projects from concept through to final delivery. This role blends creative direction, design strategy, and production execution to deliver campaigns and brand experiences that meet Avenir’s high creative standards.

    You’ll take ownership of select projects end-to-end — from ideation and visual development to delivery across digital, print, and physical formats. You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Managing Director, Art Director, and Account Managers to translate creative strategy into refined visual systems.

    Experience working in a creative agency and/or entertainment and corporate industries is highly desirable, as this role frequently involves campaign development for artists, and brand partners across global markets.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead assigned design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence.

    Develop campaign visuals and visual identities that extend across multiple touchpoints.

    Design and produce creative assets including:

    Brand identities and style systems

    Print collateral (posters, packaging, publications)

    Merch and apparel design

    Digital ad campaigns and social content

    Product design and packaging

    Event materials, signage, and physical experiences

    Collaborate with internal and external teams on creative strategy, art direction, and rollout.

    Contribute to creative ideation sessions and pitch decks for clients and new business.

    Prepare and deliver client presentations, articulating the design rationale and process.

    Support production and handover — including final artwork, pre-press setup, and vendor coordination.

    Stay ahead of design trends in music, fashion, and contemporary culture to inspire and inform creative direction.

    Participate in internal critiques and contribute to maintaining Avenir’s design culture.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

    3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in a creative agency. 

    Strong conceptual and design skills with proven ability to deliver projects independently.

    Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

    Experience with motion design, animations or video editing desirable.

    Demonstrated experience designing across digital, print, and physical media.

    Understanding of production processes for print, merch, and packaging.

    Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting creative work.

    Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced studio environment.

    Passion for design, culture, and storytelling through visual experiences.
